Question
What is the right thing to do when we are supposed to live correctly with so many Halacha and different ways of looking at each persons situation?
Answer
The eternal Torah's study is a life-long preoccupation, and even the greatest rabbis and sages are continuously learning new ideas. Accordingly, it's important to be in constant touch with a rabbi (preferably a local one, who knows you and your situation well), to ask him how to apply the Torah in each given situation, whatever you don't know yet, which little by little will become that much more minimal, and then you can gradually answer many of your own questions.
