Beit El Yeshiva Center via the yeshiva site ("yeshiva") makes available to you various services free of charge (the "Services"). The services include: content, a mailing list containing Torah lessons and Halacha, submitting comments, sending halachic questions, and more. The services are updated and changed from time to time. Additional new services may be added.
The following terms define the rights and obligations while using this site. They are put in a male tense for comfort only, but are referred to women as well
To confirm your agreement to the terms you must check the box. If you do not agree to these terms, choose not to check the box. In this case, you will not be able to use these services, in whole or in part.
Yeshiva will operate under the provisions of any law regarding the protection of surfers' privacy, and will not disclose information regarding surfers' details except to those authorized to do so by law, except details and public data published by the surfer himself.
Yeshiva will be entitled to provide the user's personal details, including IP address, browsing data, and content uploaded by the surfer to the site using the various platforms that appear on the site, to authorized authorities or third parties, or to use them for its needs, to the extent and at its discretion, when the circumstances require it, and to limit or block, temporarily or permanently, the use of the website and the information on it to a surfer who used the information differently from the requirements of any law and/or contrary to the provisions of these regulations or for any other reasonable reason.
The user agrees that Yeshiva may activate and send identification files to the user, which will allow it to identify the computer from which the surfer creates access to the website (such as cookies) and use the information the site receives as a result.
The user knows and agrees that the Yeshiva site team has access to all such information and that the Yeshiva site may use it, for control and/or supervision and/or development and/or maintaining the quality of the services, their level and integrity, and/or to comply with the provisions of any law, and/or for her needs including service and surveys the site will conduct from time to time.
The user hereby agrees that Yeshiva may send updates and/or material and/or advertising and/or marketing information to the email address that will be provided to the company and if you do not agree to this, you must notify Yeshiva in writing.
The services on this site will be provided to you free of charge. At the same time, Yeshiva may incorporate advertisements and commercial messages into the services. These advertisements and messages will be integrated as much as possible to distinguish them from the contents, but they may refer to them indirectly. Remember: the services are at your disposal free of charge provided that you agree to view such advertisements and commercial messages.
For this reason, Yeshiva will be entitled to send you from time to time by e-mail information about its services as well as marketing and advertising information - whether the information it publicizes itself or information it receives for broadcasting from other advertisers. At any time you may request to stop receiving such information, however in this case Yeshiva may decide that you are no longer entitled to benefit from the services and cancel your membership on the Yeshiva website. However, Yeshiva will not disclose your personal information to advertisers.
Yeshiva will be entitled to contact you either by phone or via email and ask for your support in operating the website. You have the right to refuse and there is nothing to detract from your right to continue enjoying the services provided free of charge by Yeshiva.
As part of the registration, you will be required to provide personal information, such as your name, address, contact details, or your e-mail address. The fields, which must be filled in, will be explicitly marked. Providing the details is not mandatory by law. However, without providing the requested data in the mandatory fields, you will not be able to register for the Yeshiva services.
You are requested to act carefully in providing the details and provide only correct information. If you do not provide the correct details, Yeshiva will not be able to contact you if necessary. All responsibility for the results arising from this will apply to you, and you will not have any claim, and/or demand against Yeshiva for this. During registration, you will be asked to enter an email address and password. The e-mail address and password will be used by you every time you use the website's services for the verification. Keep the password confidential to prevent misuse. Be sure to change the password as often as possible, and in any case at least once every six months.
The site team does its best to protect the data from hacking, but in any case, the registrant will not have a claim or claim for the theft of the user's information or any other use he may make of it. Also, the yeshiva site does not have any responsibility for the E-mail sent to subscribers.
Yeshiva will be able to change from time to time the structure of the services, their level, design, and availability, and any other aspect involved in them - including the collection of payment for such services – all this can be without the need to notify you in advance. Such changes will be made, among other things, taking into account the dynamic nature of the Internet and the technological and other changes occurring in it. By their nature, changes of this type may involve errors or initially cause discomfort, etc. You will not have any claim or demand against Yeshiva for making such changes or errors that occur during their operation.
Yeshiva is entitled to charge you for using the services, even if initially their use was free of charge. A notice of the intention to charge a fee for the use of these services will be published on the Yeshiva main page at least ten days in advance. After the closing date of the services for payment, you will not be able to continue using them or viewing their content (including content that you have published) except subject to the required payment.
Yeshiva may at any time stop providing the services provided by Yeshiva without payment, all or in part, for any reason whatsoever, including due to your violation of these terms of use. The cancelation can be for all yeshiva community users or only for some of them.
The Yeshiva services do not include any technical support. Yeshiva will try to answer your inquiries on technical matters, which will be received via e-mail only, but it does not commit to do so.
Requests to the Yeshiva site will be made using the "write to us" form on the website.
Yeshiva may change from time to time the conditions applicable to the use of the services, on the condition that Yeshiva publishes a notice about this one week in advance on the homepage of the site. The notice will include or refer to the amended terms. If you continue to use the services after such notification, you will be considered to have agreed to the revised terms. If you do not agree to them, your only right is to stop using the services and you will not have any claim and/or demand against Yeshiva.
