Who takes precedence - a bar-mitzva boy or someone with a yartzeit that shabbos?

ב"ה Shalom, On the one hand, a Bar -Mitzva boy takes precedence over a Yahrtzeit , but only for an aliya to the Torah. He has no special rights to the Haftora. While a person with a Yartzeit in the upcoming week has special rights for the Haftora. Therefore, this is an issue which should be resolved by your Shul Rabbi to find a solution which leaves all parties happy with no arguments. All the best
