Under what conditions I can use a non-kosher micro-wave oven to heat my (ready) meal, at my work place. I personally will turn-on the oven (for my meal).

If you wrap the food in a perfectly sealed wrapping (double wrapping to avoid doubts) you can heat in microwave.
