Question

The Jewish Year is as you know, 5764. When did time begin? Do you believe it refers to Creation - that is, are we now 5764 years since God created our Earth? Do you believe the date commenced when our first parents were created? Do you believe in a literal 6 DAYS of 24 hours in relation to Creation - which I firmly believe. Having visited Israel five times, and also I read items from Israel every day on the Internet, I know you use the terms CE and BCE.

Answer

5764 is the time since the Creation. The Creation of nature was not itself a natural, physical event and did not occur within time as we know it.
