Pigeon net an interposition for Succah?

Question
I live in a penthouse and I’m suffering from pigeons on my unroofed balconies. I’m considering closing off the balconies with special nets made out of fishing wire designed to prevent the entry of the pigeons. One of the balconies is my Succah porch and I would like to know whether I can build a Succah under this net or is it considered roofing which invalidates the Succah?
Answer
It is permitted to build a Succah under this net.
