I have a Star of David pendant with the Name of G-D in it’s centre.I’m wondering if it is permissible to wear it into the bathroom. I know that one cannot wear a Tallit or take one into the bathroom if it has the Bracha on it because it has the Name of G-D is on it. Does the same apply for my Magen David pendant?

Same applies. You can double cover it and go in like that, though that is not the most practical solution.
