Question
Frum people post Hashems name on Facebook timelines. Is that an issue while in bathroom and it shows on phone? Is it a mikshol?
Answer

Shalom,
My answer will not be different from the answer on which you based your question.
The main issue here is contemplating Divrei torah and Kedusha in an unclean place which is forbidden as written clearly in Shulchan Aruch (אורח חיים הלכות קריאת שמע סימן פה סעיף ב). Therefore, when seeing Hashem's name or Divrei Torah on the phone while in the bathroom, one should slide his screen elsewhere and one should avoid sites showing Hashem's name while in the bathroom.
As far as the appearing of the name of Hashem on the screen, even the name of Hashem when written as in the Torah of 4 letters, according to many poskim, the writing on the screen is not real writing and it may be erased. (See Avnei Yoshpeh 4:105; Teshuvot V’hanhagot 3:326; Ginzei HaKodesh p. 298:19, Ateret Paz (Yoreh De'ah vol.II, notes 13:4, Rav Dov Lior on the Hebrew counterpart of this website and others. )
Therefore, it doesn't seem to be problem for someone just to write something mentioning Hashem's name because of the fear that someone may read it in the bathroom.
All the best
