According to Tanach is Hezekiah called the Mighty God or does his name mean Mighty God?

According to the Talmud (Sanhedrin 94a) his name means that G-D strengthened him and an alternative explanation is that Hezekiah strengthened the people of Israel to their Father in heaven..
