Shaimos
Question
Today people tend to have many Sefarim and books, which contain Hashem’s name in different forms. What are the guidelines for when a book can be thrown out and when it must be placed in sheimos. I’ve heard that onlyloose , torn pages should be placed in shaimos. In that case how should someone discard whole books that are no longer needed? Thank you and Shana tova
