Question
May I buy products, particularly matzot from the previous year?
Answer
You can use last year's Kosher for Pesach products as long as you know for sure it is still kosher.
If it was stored in a clean of Chametz place and wrapped in a way it wouldn't of touched Chametz I see no problem.
It is however much tastier to eat fresh Matzot rather than stale.
