שבת לה ע"א
אמר רב: מעין המיטלטל טהור, וזוהי בארה של מרים.
1. הראי"ה קוק, עין איה, שבת ב, רצו על מסכת שבת לה ע"א
אמר רב מעין המיטלטל טהור, וזוהי בארה של מרים.
א. הטלטול גורם לאפשרות הטומאה לחול, טהרת המים מקושרת היא עם המקום הבטוח שלהם, וטהרת הדיעות והדברים המסתעפים מהם תלוי' לפי אותו הבטחון הנמצא ביסודם. ואין יסוד בטוח כ"א לדעת התורה בטהרתה, ולמושכלות היותר זכות הנובעות מאור ד' ב"ה ואמתו.
ב. אבל הדיעות המתילדות מרגשות לבב האדם ונטיותיו, עלולות הנה לקבל טומאה ואין בהן ג"כ אפשרות של מעין בלתי נפסק, כיון שכל כחו איננו כ"א מזג האדם, מרוצת דמו וילדי הימים ומקריהם, שכולם מוגבלים קצובים וקמוטים.
ג. אמנם רק בארה של מרים , מקור סימן הרגש הטהור הישראלי כפי מה שהוא פועם בטהרו בלב היהודי, שהוא אמנם לכאורה משתנה בצביונו הפרטי לפי מצב הגוף והמזג, לפי ילדי הימים ומאורעותיהם. אבל אע"פ שהוא מיטלטל, מקורו הוא מקור נאמן , מעולם לא יכזבו מימיו* ומעולם לא יוכל לקבל טומאה . כי מטהרו הוא מקור מים חיים, כי נובע הוא מאוצר הברכה העליונה של הדרת התורה ואורה הטהור, ואיננו כ"א מתגלה בצורת רגש שבלב, אבל לא רק בזה ימלא ערכו. ע"כ טהור הוא ונעלה מעל כל טומאה שכל רעיון רגשי יוכל להשפל, ועם כל טלטולו מעיין הוא שאין קץ לנביעתו, "כי מימיו מן המקדש המה יוצאים", מקודש העליון ההולך ואור, אחרי כל המסות היותר עליונות השולט בעז נצחיותו לעדי עד, ומטהר ומצרף בשטף עז טהרתו, וזוהי בארה של מרים.
2. הר"ע מברטנורא, משנה כלים ה, יא
מחובר לקרקע אינו מטמא, דכל המחובר לקרקע הרי הוא כקרקע.
3. ישעיהו פרק נח פסוק יא
וְנָחֲךָ֣ ה' תָּמִיד֒ וְהִשְׂבִּ֤יעַ בְּצַחְצָחוֹת֙ נַפְשֶׁ֔ךָ וְעַצְמֹתֶ֖יךָ יַחֲלִ֑יץ וְהָיִ֙יתָ֙ כְּגַ֣ן רָוֶ֔ה וּכְמוֹצָ֣א מַ֔יִם אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־יְכַזְּב֖וּ מֵימָֽיו:
4. תלמוד בבלי מסכת ברכות דף נח עמוד א
במתניתא תנא משמיה דרבי עקיבא: לך ה' הגדלה - זו קריעת ים סוף, והגבורה - זו מכת בכורות, והתפארת - זו מתן תורה, והנצח - זו ירושלים, וההוד - זו בית המקדש.
5. תלמוד בבלי מסכת סנהדרין דף צב עמוד א
צדיקים שעתיד הקדוש ברוך הוא להחיותן אינן חוזרין לעפרן, שנאמר והיה הנשאר בציון והנותר בירושלים קדוש יאמר לו כל הכתוב לחיים בירושלים, מה קדוש לעולם קיים - אף הם לעולם קיימין.
6. מאוצרנו הישן, במדבר יט, א
"זאת חוקת התורה" (במדבר יט, א). חוקת הפרה האדומה נקראת "חוקת התורה", כי המיוחד בחוקת הפרה הוא שאפרה מטהר ומטמא בעת ובעונה אחת – מטמא טהורים ומטהר טמאים. היבט זה מצוי גם בתורה – "זכה, נעשה לו סם חיים; לא זכה, סם מוות".
7. יחזקאל מז, יב
וְעַל הַנַּחַל יַעֲלֶה עַל שְׂפָתוֹ מִזֶּה וּמִזֶּה כָּל עֵץ מַאֲכָל לֹא יִבּוֹל עָלֵהוּ וְלֹא יִתֹּם פִּרְיוֹ לָחֳדָשָׁיו יְבַכֵּר כִּי מֵימָיו מִן הַמִּקְדָּשׁ הֵמָּה יוֹצְאִים והיו [וְהָיָה] פִרְיוֹ לְמַאֲכָל וְעָלֵהוּ לִתְרוּפָה.
