Question
What are the complete mitzvahs a person is meant to do daily
Answer
ב"ה
Shalom,
I don't know what you mean by complete Mitzvah. However, it is possible you are referring to Mitzvot which have a Torah obligation in comparison to Mitzvot which are Rabbinically enforced.
In the daily mitzvot of the Torah obligations we can include:
Prayer
Putting on Tzizit and Talit
Putting on Tefillin
Saying Kriat Shema
Torah learning
Saying Birkat Hamazon- Grace after meals, after eating bread.
If a person is a Cohen, there is birkat Cohanim . (Depending on if the person is Askenazi or Sephardi in Israel or abroad)
In the Rabbinic obligations we can include:
Washing your hands upon awakening, after bathroom use and before eating bread.
Saying the Berachot which are part of prayer, berachot before and after foods other than bread.
Praying 3 times a day.
Now of course there are many other Mitzvot which may come up during the course of the day, such as honoring parents, giving charity, retuning a lost object to its owner etc.
Al the best
