a friend asked is it asur to wear leather jacket as he does not see any of the breslovers wear it.
whats the answer?

There is no prohibition in the Torah to wear a leather jacket. I did not find in Breslov writings any restrictions to wearing a leather jacket either.
On the other hand, there is an emphasis in Breslov writings to be strict about clothing which distinguishes a Jew from a gentile.
I am writing only theoretically, but if your friend follows Breslov tradition, the best thing would be to ask his fellow Breslovers if they know of any such tradition.
