Question
Is an Avel, during Shloshim, allowed to give haircuts?
Answer
Shalom,
Thank you for your question. I have not found any source that limits the Avel from giving haircuts during the Shloshim. During the Shiva it would be forbidden, as all work is, but after the Shiva the mourner is allowed to return to work, and they are therefore allowed to work as barbers. They may give haircuts, but are of course forbidden from getting haircuts.
Blessings
