Question
Dear Rabbi, I am asking this question to understand a concept for myself in a personal level.
On one hand, I have heard that everyone should have a job, and that the life should be balance. We learn to conduct our daily life based on Torah.
On other hand, I have heard that men should not work but to sololy study Torah.
So, which is correct? specially for those who learn exclusively. Are we allowed to sit and only study Torah? Ty

Shalom and Mo'adim Lesimcha,
Your question is one which has two factors, one a general issue and the other your personal issue.
The general issue is the Mitzva of living in Eretz Yisrael, "which is incumbent upon every Jew in all generations even during the time of Galut" quoting the Ramban (Rabbi Moshe ben Nachman) in his addendum to Sefer Hamitzvot of the Rambam.
But on the other hand, you have a present personal issue of "parnassah", your livelihood. The Rambam (Hilchot Melachim 5:9) allows leaving Eretz Yisrael temporarily for the sake of livelihood.
Since I don't know all factors in your personal situation, I can only answer you in general lines. That is to say, since you have a Mitzva to live in Israel, even though you may temporarily go to the USA for your job, ultimately you must return to Israel. So, while in the USA returning for your job , you can begin to close up your affairs there and at the same time continue looking for the proper Shidduch in the US or Israel and also for a job in Israel using the various organizations which assist new immigrants.
Hashem should bless you that you find your Shidduch soon make aliya to Israel very soon.
All the best לשנה הבאה בירושלים הבנויה
