Ask the Rabbi
Question
In continuation of what you wrote in response: https://www.yeshiva.co/ask/8293 would it be better not to have stuffed animals?
Answer
There are some, especially Chabad, who don't like the idea of having any kind of non-kosher animal around (i.e. just cows, sheeps, goats & chicken dolls), even as a doll. But this clearly is not mainstream halacha, but just based on a strict understanding of certain Kabbalistic sources. In short, it's no problem, and the custom is to have animal dolls, especially if your children already enjoy them, don't take them away!
