Question

Can a person who is visiting חוץ לארץ for a Chag and only holds one day of the Chag. But like this year the second day is Shabbat. Can the person holding one day of Chag Lein the Chag reading and be מוצה everyone?

Answer

Yes, if there's no choice, but better not to bc it's not "his" kria. CHAG SAMEACH!
