Question
I would like to go on a salt mine tour. They give out protective gear which includes overalls (pants). Am I allowed to wear this for the tour?
Answer
Shalom,
Thank you for your question. It is allowed for women to wear (modest) pants in situations that require such clothing. In such a situation it would be better if you could wear a skirt over the pants – but if this is not allowed, then it is permitted to wear the pants alone for the tour.
Blessings.
