Question
If a mother gives birth to a child when she is only 25 weeks pregnant. The child has operations to keep him alive but dies approximately 4-5 days after birth, Does the child have a proper Jewish funeral with a minyan and does the father say Kaddish?
Answer
One does not need a Minyan and one does not have to say Kaddish. If the father insists he can say Kaddish.
