Are Yoatzot Tahara permitted to "Pasken" on issues of Niddah?
Answer
If an authorized Rabbi decided that the Yoetzet knows the Halachot - one can listen to her regarding the definition of the situation and simple Halachot. Regarding complex situations that need a Halachictic decision one has to refer to a Posek.
