Do you know how many prophecies of doom about the end of the State of Israel I have heard during these 34 years?
There was the Gulf War. They told us that the State of Israel was going to be destroyed by Saddam Hussein's chemical missiles. Today’s youth do not even know who he is.
After Rabin's assassination, there was also talk of a civil war here, that the country was going to be torn apart.
There was, of course, the Oslo Accords and the expulsion from Gush Katif, which the theory was that everything should be given to the Arabs because the Palestinians were going to conquer the State of Israel any second.
There was an economic crisis, a social protest, people decided that if Berlin is the cheapest place to buy a Milky, then the country is collapsing.
There was the corona crisis not long ago. Remember? The media scared us, we were all going to die.
Even now, there is some rain in the State of Israel, and they call it "Hurricane Barbara", what a hurricane. Always drama.
Every morning we put on tefillin, "it shall be a sign for you on your hand and a remembrance between your eyes". "For with a powerful hand the Lord took you out of Egypt." We keep coming out of the tight places. We've been through Pharaoh, we will also get through this. There will not be a civil war here!
The bottom line is that despite all the prophecies of doom, the State of Israel is becoming a better and better place from year to year:
Economically, we have a wonderful standard of living. Ask your parents, ask your grandparents - how they used to live here before and how they live here now.
From a security point of view, the State of Israel is an empire today. Once they feared that Syria and Jordan would conquer Israel, today all the Arab countries and the Gulf nations are making peace with Israel. Why? Because of our beautiful eyes? No, because the State of Israel is a superpower.
Socially, too, an absolute majority of the Jewish people love each other. A civil war occurs when there are two equal sides. Here, there is a solid majority that wants tradition and nationalism and a small minority that thinks that if it pumps lies into the media then it will change reality; this is the same worldview that thinks that likes for an emotional post will turn black into white and white into black. I don't know exactly how this legal reform will pass, with amendments, without amendments - but I promise you that we will get through that as well. In a year's time, we will be sitting here, trying to remember what it was all about.

The Land of Israel LGBT'S IN ISRAEL
The question was asked, how can one make Aliyah with the LGBT parades?

Kuzari -Rabbi Ari Shvat Kuzari class 7 - Five Accumulative Proofs of G-d
As a preparation for the Kuzari's classic proof of G-d from the mass-revelation at Sinai, we start here with 5 other directions to strengthen our belief which also contribute to what the Kuzari will present as well.

Ein Aya Muscle & Meaning: The Dual Nature of Gevurah (Physical Strength)
Is physical strength and fitness a necessity or an ideal? Although it if often totally overlooked among topics of Judaism, Rav Kook writes that it clearly is also a necessity to deter the many enemies of Israel, but even in Y'mot HaMashiach, in the Messianic era, to a certain extent, it's ideal continues even after our enemies will have been finished off.

Chukat "HOW ENTEBBE STOLE THE BICENTENNIAL
The Difference Between Historic & Eternal"
As we approach America's 250th birthday, it's worth remembering her 200th Bicentennial birthday, on Jul. 4th 1976, when Israel "stole the show" by shocking the world & miraculously saving 101 hostages in a foreign continent. As Pres. As Pres. Trump decides which countries get priority in his new Middle-East, it's worth reminding him of the difference between historic events and eternally historic ones. This obviously connects with this week's parsha, as well!

Kuzari -Rabbi Ari Shvat Kuzari class 6 - The Parable of the King of India
The advantages of testimony over circumstantial evidence or philosophical speculation.

Kuzari -Rabbi Ari Shvat Kuzari class 5- "Proofs of G-d"
This may be the most important class of the entire book, where we finally get to the Jewish proof of the existence of G-d and truth of the Torah. We should follow His own direction where He tells us how to get to Him: through the Nation of Israel: Jewish history, Jewish prophets (and today, prophecies fulfilled), and national reward & punishment towards Am Yisrael.

Ein Aya One Humanity, One Creator, One Jerusalem
Rav Kook innovatively and beautifully explains this aggadeta where our sages say that after Jerusalem was destroyed her cinnamon fragrance is only found locked in a particular kingdom's treasury.
