The Mincha meal-offering consisted of fine flour & oil & was unleavened, like Matza. It had a pleasant aroma. The Chatat, sin-offering, was brought by the Kohen Gadol every day. The Asham, Todah & Shlamim offerings are detailed. Animal fats may not be eaten; metal items that became impure may be koshered; earthenware items must be broken.
In an elaborate ceremony presided over by Moshe (serving as Kohen Gadol for 7 days) Ahron & his sons are consecrated, washed, dressed in special clothes, & the anointing oil is poured over them.
