Can G-D delete or make someone not exist?

God can do anything; nevertheless, He stopped doing super-natural miracles already in Megilat Esther 2,500 years ago. This is part of the maturation process of mankind, to enable us to have more free-will and enjoy more independence, which is a Godly trait. To make someone totally disappear would not be beneficial for us on all accounts.
