for which things in life is a female supposed to say the Hashem Yichud prayer for, and for which things should she not? thank you

R. BZ Mutzafi, writes that it's preferable (but not prohibited) that women not say L'Shem Yichud at all, while others say they are no different than men and can say it before doing mitzvot.
