Question
Shalom HaRav, do you have to include my wife in the discussions of my salary or if I am taking a new job do I have to discuss it with my wife? if yes what is the source? does this apply to the Noahides too?
Answer
ב"ה
Shalom,
As a rule, for married life, it is always a good idea to share all your thoughts and plans with your wife.
This is not a halachic question, but rather an issue of guidance on married life.
Should you feel the need guidance, you should seek a friend who is happily married for a time or if needed , you should go to a professional counselor.
All the best
