How many blessings exactly are on Birkot HaShachar? I’ve searched a lot and everyone said something else.
Answer
There are 15 Brachot in Birkot Hashachar. The reason you got different opinions is probably because people include other Brachot which we recite in the morning such as Birkot Hatorah and Elokai Netzor under the category of "Birkot Hashachar". Their isn't any disagreement.
