Question
When using a website such as e-chinuch to download material for a curriculum, is it required to keep the name of the person who wrote it on the bottom of the sheet or even the website that it was taken from?
Answer
I don’t know.
I would think Halachacly there should be no obligation to do so and if legally there is no requirement, I can’t see any problem.
People know that all information they post for public usage on the World Wide Web, may be used by all without accrediting the initial creator.
