I would like to know what is the difference between a Rabbi and a Rebbe if any thank you.

The word Rabbi is usually used as a title for someone who received ordination from a higher rabbinic authority, Rebbe is usually used as a title of a Chassidic rabbi who has followers.
Of course the context is important
