What is the origin of the rituals and customs that take place during the synagogue consecration ceremony (Seder Chanukat Beit Haknesset)? If possible, can you provide references to sources (for example, in the responsa literature) that discuss the customs and rituals of this ceremony?

I do not know of a book dealing with this subject, but it is similar to the conecration of a private house (some Siddurim have prayers and a Seudat Mitzvah done with learning), so I suggest an occasion with a band including Divrei Torah, and a Seudat Mitzvah. Rabbi Ro'i Margalit
