May one view a Israel-based website from outside of Israel on Friday afternoon when Shabbat has already begun in Israel? Is there a difference between websites that run on "auto-pilot" vs. websites that are continuously updated throughout Shabbat?

You can view an Israeli website only if its operation does not involve hilul shabbat in Israel (Shemirat Shabbat K’Hilchata ch.31 n.72).
