Two seudot Purim

If I live in Jerusalem and am out of town for Purim only do I have 2 seudot Purim? Conversely, If I am at home for the day of Purim but away for Shushan Purim where/when do I have my seuda?

ב"ה Shalom, The way I understood your question is, that on the 14th of Adar , Purim, you will be out of Jerusalem, in Tel Aviv for example, from the eve of the 14th and you will wake up on the 14th in Tel Aviv. In such a case you are required to keep all the laws of Purim in Tel Aviv. If you then on the eve of the 15th you return home to Jerusalem and stay there for Shushan Purim, there is disagreement among the Poskim, if one must celebrate Purim again. 1. Some say, that all the laws of Purim must be kept again including the reading of the Megilla. If the person is going to read the Megilla himself , 2.some have their reservations about the reciting of the Bracha and therefore he should hear the reading from someone else or read the Megilla without a Bracha. 3.While others are of the opinion that once he has celebrated Purin outside Jerusalem, he does not become obligated to celebrate it again unless he lives there or decides to move there. So in you case, according to opinions 1 & 3 , you would have to celebrate Purim twice with the Se'uda. (See: (מקראי קודש (הררי) פרק ה:ו, פסקי תשובות סי' תרפ"ח י:א:3 , כי בא מועד עמ' לג In the second scenario, in which you are in Jerusalem on the 14th of Adar and you stay overnight in Jerusalem and wake up there on the 15th of Adar, then you keep the Mitzvot of Purim as in Jerusalem, and you can have your Se'uda out of Jerusalem if you later leave Jerusalem.
