kashering a Porcelain Sink
Question
I’m moving into a home that has a porcelain sink in excellent condition on a granite countertop, what do I have to do to make it kasher? Thanks for your advise.
Answer
Wait 24 hours since last used with hot non-kosher, clean it thoroughly, dry it and pour boiling water from the kettle onto the surface of the sink.
