Question
There is a new tatto ink called freedom-2 that is permanent, but when you want to remove it, there is a formula that breaks it down and the body absorbs it. I have read the other posts, and am still unclear on whether this is halachikly assur. If its removeable, its not damaging the body, and if you dont hold of the opinion that the issur is a 2 part problem, then is it ok? I’m sure it’s not "jewish", but from a strictly halachik standpoint is this allowed?
Answer
Halachikly even this tattoo is Asur because of Marit Ayin.
