Question
Hi.
I wanted to know what the sin is regarding a tattoo.
Is a sin while you are getting the tattoo, or is it a sin every second you have a tattoo.
Answer
The sin is having the tattoo done. However, having the tattoo upon oneself is a constant reminder of the sin. Nonetheless, one is not required to have the tattoo removed.
