Question
Shalom Rav,
Rav I have one question what is right to have Bar Mitzvah? is it after completing 13years of age or do we need to wait 2 extra days after turning 13?
warm regards
Answer

The Code of Jewish law, the Shulchan Aruch (55:9) states that a child is considered Bar- Mitzvah when he becomes 13 and one day, which simply means that on his actual birthdate he is considered Bar- Mitzvah. Of course, this follows the Hebrew birthday.
