Hello Its nearly a year gone by and my Mothers Stone Setting is coming up. My question is my Mother has three children but our younger NPD sister has had our mothers stone inscrypted with just her name on like shes our mothers only child. US Burials told me that the stone did not meet regulations, can only mention all the children or none at all, and that the Rabbi will be taking this further. what does it mean by taking it further has our sister commited a crime, i would see that as like fraud what she has done?

From what you tell me, it was terribly wrong what your sister did. I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know what kind of crime it is, but every rabbi will agree that it must be changed.
