Question

Hey there! Is the issur to cook in a pot (that is non-kosher after 24 hours Biblical or Rabbinical? Thank You and Shavua Tov!

Answer

It is rabbinical, but it doesn't make a difference, for the Torah itself says to observe all rabbinical mitzvot, and we are not Samaritans or Sadducees...
