Question
BH For the past several years I have been involved in publicizing the 7 Universal Noahide Laws through social media. My understanding is that it is a mitzvah for us Jews to educate the gentile nations about the 7 Noahide Laws. Is it possible to give me a set of guidelines or general recommendations for how I should interact with Goyim on social media as well as in person? Perhaps there are certain parameters that I need to be aware of. For example, is it permitted to befriend a Goy? Is it permissible to be fond of a Goy for his talents or his attributes in a similar way in which one would be fond of any other person LHAVDIL? Is it permitted to commend a goy for his behavior and to publicize it? One of my concerns is the time investment in educating Goyim about the 7 Universal Laws. In my case, I have also made a very significant financial investment on social media. LHAVDIL but perhaps in a parallel way, these 7 Noahide Laws might be difficult for goyim to accept and to take on quickly. Perhaps it requires me to be encouraging without too much pressure in order to effect โ€œTeshuvaโ€ on the part of goyim.
