I wanted to ask if a Ben noach can wear tefillin?

Shalom,
Thank you for your question. Teffillin are one of the special signs given by G-d to the Jewish people – and as such they should be worn only by Jews.
A ben noach may find other ways to connect to G-d, including prayer and good deeds.
