Question
should I start with the Amida instead of Birchat Hatora, Birchot Hashachar and then Amida? (if I am running late)
Answer
If you are exactly at the end of zman tefila (meaning the end of four hours from the morning) then skip the brachot hatora and birkot hashachar. otherwise say the brachot first and then amida
