Question
How am I supposed to react to the Israeli Tourism Ministry going out and building pilgrimage sites and even churches for Christians? This is obviously not something looked up on as when Shlomo allows the same thing to happen he is severely punished. Plus, according to all modern rulings (such as that of the Rav and R Moshe Feinstein) Christians are considered עובדי עבודה זרה.
Answer
I am not aware and have not heard of the Ministry of Tourism building pilgrimage sites nor churches for the Christians. These sites are usually built by the Christians with foreign donations. If there were such actions, it should be condemned.
