ב"ה Shalom It was not specified in the question in which context "Nachas" is said which would assist me to give you the most accurate answer. In any case, Nachat or Nachas is mentioned in the Tanach a few times (See Kohelet 4:6 , for example). Its meaning is, pleasure, content , satisfaction, or calm. As known it is common for people to wish their friends, Nachas from their children and the like. May you also have much Nachas in your search for Torah answers.
