I coverted at the age of 18, I am now a mother of (baruach hashem) 7 children and am very committed to torah and mitzvot. I am part of a chabad community, my question is: being a Ger, I want to know about my soul, was my soul jewish in a past life, if yes than for what purpose has my soul being put thought this test. I knew I was different from a very young age. What is the reason?

The “root” of a ger’s soul was present when the Torah was given at Sinai (Shabbat 146,1).
