Question
Can I carry things outside my coop apartment on Shabbat? Because it’s a coop that I recently purchased we own shares in the building.
Answer
Since the property outside of your apartment is jointly owned by all residents, it would be neccessary to make an "Eruv Hatzeirot" with them all to allow carrying outside of your apartment. Otherwise it is not allowed.
