Shalom, Is it right for us to see cartoon pornography? for example Walt Disney’s famous princesses, television characters, or comic book characters in various states of undress and possibly engaged in sexual activity.

All pornography is problematic, whether it be verbal, written, visual or cartoon. Anything which is geared to cause sexual arousal outside of the context of marriage is problematic. I doubt if all of Walt Disney's characters actually fit this definition, but if a cartoon character is geared to elicit that response it is halachically problematic.
