Question
On which date should a convert celebrate his birthday?
Is it his biological birthday, or the date of his immersion in the Mikvah?
Answer
A convert shoud have a birthday on the day of his conversion since that is the day on which he becomes a totally new person, without any connection to whoever he was beforehand: "a convert is like a newborn".
