For those of us that only have 1 fridge/freezer, can we double bag chametz that we don’t want to throw away and sell it, but leave it double bagged in a separate area of the fridge/freezer?

Nonetheless, I will answer the question for future reference for you and for other readers.. The question is not having one freezer or two, though it surely makes things convenient. Once the Chametz is sold, if needed you may keep it in your freezer, double bagged or otherwise having made the chametz distinct so that it not be accidentally opened during Pessach.
