Question
Dear Rabbi, What are some practical ways that one can bring their Eyes, Ear, Nose to kedusha? Is there a book/ lecture series about this matter? Thanks a lot
Answer
That is precisely the classic book called Sefer HaHaredim, compiling the mitzvot according to the organ hallowed. The eyes is simple- to read idealistic and spiritual content, not to look or gaze at forbidden sights, e.g. pornography, The ears is also easy to hear those similar positive thoughts and avoid gossip, slander etc. Regarding the nose, it's obviously a less central part of the body or one's life, but here too, we smell nice fragrances on Shabbat and festivals, and avoid idolatrous incense etc.
