I am still in school and someone was charging for a review sheet. Some kids said they would pay for it, lied and sent it around. It would be very helpful for me to use it, so my question is can i?

Thank you for your question. You may not use these review sheets. This would be considered stealing (see Igrot moshe part 4;40;19). All the best!

Rabbi Daniel Kirsch

Rabbi Daniel Kirsch studied for many years at the famed Mercaz HaRav yeshiva in Jerusalem. He currently lives in Kedumim in the Shomron, where he studies at the yeshiva and teaches classes for adults. In addition, he teaches at an elementary school.
